"Textbook"

Here, students create a collaborative "textbook."  This is a shared resource which would ideally contain media, definitions, descriptions, examples, non-examples, and whatever else students think would help someone learn the content.  I would preface this section as a way for them to show me that they learned the material, and as a way for a student that missed class to catch up.  This would also be great review material.
